High efficiency energy saving fluorine barrel pump system is a refrigeration system that utilizes pump mechanical action and conveying the low temperature refrigerant into into the evaporator. The low temperature throttled refrigerant is firstly entering a low pressure cycling barrel which has certain liquid storage space and gas-liquid separation space,then uses a fluorine pump conveying the low temperature liquid which has several times larger volume than evaporation capacity into the cold room evaporators. Most of the liquid is absorbing the heat and turned into gas in the evaporator. The rest of the liquid goes back to low pressure circulation barrel through return pipe along with gas. After gas-liquid separation, the gas will be taken away by compressor. The left liquid with newly added liquid which has a equivalent volume are pumped back to evaporator and recycling again.

1. The evaporator has high evaporative heat transfer efficiency and good cooling effect.
The evaporators which have the same evaporation area, the cooling effect of the fluorine pump feed liquid is increased 25% to 30% higher than that of the direct expansion feed liquid solution, and increased about 10% than gravity feeding systems.
2. It can guarantee long enough distance liquid feeding.
By using the pump mechanical action, it can overcome the resistance loss in the system to guarantee a long distance feeding.
3. The system is simple but reliable,it's convenient for centralized control and automation,the operating condition of the compressor can be improved.
Fluorine pump feeding system can maintain its function without frequently adjustment as long as barrel has relatively stable level of liquid and the heat load of the room doesn't have large fluctuation,this will make the automation of the refrigeration more easily.
4. Easy defrost operation.
In the fluorine pump feeding system, when defrosting, it directly lead the left liquid in the evaporator into low pressure cycling barrel. In the liquid cooling unit of the fluorine pump, the remaining liquid of evaporator is directly into the low pressure circular barrel .
After fisined the defrosting ,turn on the fluorine pump to restore the liquid feed of evaporator .
The normal cold room temperature is recover fast and easy operating.
